Do you love people? Do you want to create a space where faith, friendships, and growth can happen? Then YOU might be the next Small Group Leader.

Our Next Steps Class prepares you to serve and will connect you to ministries—including Small Groups.

About Small Groups:

  • Fall Small Groups session will run from September to November. (2nd & 4th Tuesdays)

  • Each group will consist of no more than 6 people.

  • Group organization will be interest-based. (ie. people who are interested in fitness, cooking, business, etc.). Members will choose the group they’d like to belong to and sign up.

  • The lesson will be provided for each week and follow the given structure.

Requirements:

  • Must be an active member/regular attendee of Redefining Church

  • Must have completed the Next Steps Class

Expectations:

  • Pray for your group members regularly

  • Facilitate a safe, welcoming environment

  • Follow the RC small group schedule/calendar

  • Submit attendance & updates after each meeting

  • No gossiping or religious debates
