More Than Church. A Deeper Life With God.
HUNGER / HABIT / SURRENDER
September 13–19
Before there can be depth, there has to be desire.
We're beginning DEEPER by asking God to awaken something in us again—a genuine hunger for His presence.
Not just His blessings.
Not just His answers.
Not just what He can do.
Him.
“And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.”Jeremiah 29:13
This week, we're intentionally making room for God.
Before the notifications.
Before the scrolling.
Before the noise.
Meet with God.
September 20–26
A Sunday encounter is powerful.
But Sunday was never meant to replace your personal walk with God.
If we're going deeper, we need roots.
Roots grow in places nobody sees.
Private prayer.
Private worship.
Private Scripture.
Private obedience.
Don't just visit God's presence.
Build your life there.
“Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith...”Colossians 2:7
At some point this week, disconnect from everything else long enough to reconnect with Him.
Phone off.
Bible open.
Worship on.
Journal nearby.
One uninterrupted hour with God.
DEEPER isn't only about what God wants to do in us.
It's also about what God wants to do through us.
On September 26, we're leaving the building and walking through the community surrounding our campus to pray.
We'll pray over homes, families, children, schools, businesses, marriages, our neighborhood and salvation.
And when we meet people along the way, we'll have an opportunity to stop, connect and pray with them personally.
We're taking His presence outside the building.
September 27–29
Eventually, going deeper requires letting go.
God doesn't only want the parts of us that are convenient to surrender.
He wants all of us.
Our habits.
Our relationships.
Our plans.
Our attitudes.
Our time.
Our desires.
Our future.
Going deeper means giving God access to the places we've been holding back.
“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.”Romans 12:1
September 28–29
We're ending DEEPER by intentionally removing distractions and creating room for God.
For those medically able, we'll fast until 3:00 PM each day and keep our meals simple afterward.
We also encourage you to reduce unnecessary social media, entertainment and other distractions during these two days.
Fasting isn't simply about what we're giving up. It's about Who we're pursuing.
When you would normally eat—pray.
When you would normally scroll—open your Bible.
When you would normally fill the silence—sit with God.
September 28–29
During our final two days of DEEPER, we're beginning our mornings together in prayer.
Before work.
Before school.
Before the demands of the day.
We seek Him first.
Join us for a focused time of worship, Scripture, corporate prayer and personal prayer as we consecrate ourselves to God together.
SEPTEMBER 29 / 7:07 PM
Worship / Word / Prayer
We end where this entire journey has been leading us:
IN HIS PRESENCE.
One room.
One church.
One pursuit.
We're gathering for an extended night of worship, Word and prayer as we seek God together.
No performance.
No rushing.
No shallow.
JUST JESUS.

DEEPER isn't just a sermon series.
It's not just a September challenge.
And it's not another church event.
It's an invitation to a different way of living.
When September ends, keep praying. Keep opening your Bible. Keep worshiping when nobody is watching. Keep fasting. Keep seeking. Keep surrendering. Keep making room.
Because there will always be more of God to discover.
